In my work with clients, I have discovered that compassion towards oneself is key in recovering from trauma, difficult events and the constant challenges of day to day life. My work with you will center on awareness of your inner voice. Is it filled with self-kindness or self-judgment? What about self confidence and self-esteem and what is the difference between them? Are you able to allow yourself to simply sit with painful feelings or have you become an expert at suppressing them? You will learn a variety of tools that will lead you to greater self-compassion and move you more quickly toward all of your goals. As you progress you will find the skills you learn in this mindfulness self-compassion work will change the way you view yourself and others. Moving forward, you will discover a new authenticity and strength that brings freedom, clarity and purpose.
